APPOINTMENTS:  We recommend scheduling treatments a minimum of two days in advance to ensure the best availability.  

CANCELLATIONS:  Please notify us of any changes or cancellations at least 24 hours prior to your appointment to avoid any charges.  All no shows appointments  without notice will be charged full price.

GROUPON VOUCHERS;  All groupon clients most provide their voucher number while making their appointments.  Cancellation/No Show prior to 24 hours will result in a forfeit of your Voucher.

Late Arrivals:  Will reduce the time you have to enjoy your treatment.  Your treatment will end on time, and full charge will apply.
